Proxy Form to be online early April 2026

Join us at 7:00 pm on Tuesday April 21th and find out what we did last year & where we are going this year, and give you a chance to ask questions about the Club.

We will be voting on company business and to elect officers and directors of the club.

The meeting is open to registered Club Members from 2025 & 2026 and the public interested in finding out more about the Club.

We will have food to snack on. Bring your favourite Near (Zero) Beer and we’ll have a beer swap.

If you are not able to attend the AGM, you can have your vote counted at the meeting by completing an online Proxy form.

Again, this year, one lucky AGM attendee will win a Free WMBC membership. To be eligible, you need to attend the AGM and have bought your 2026 WMBC membership.

We are meeting at the Walden Chalet at 1 Denis Ave, Naughton, ON.
