We are meeting at the Walden Chalet at 1 Denis Ave, Naughton, ON.
We will be voting on company business and to elect Directors of the Club. You need to be a 2025 or 2026 member to vote in the elections.
The meeting is open to registered Club Members from 2025 & 2026 and to the public interested in finding out more about the Club.
We will have food to snack on. We’re adding a fun new twist to our AGM - a Non-Alcoholic Beer Swap - Come sample a few, share a few, and discover your next post-ride favourite. See the details below…
If you are not able to attend the AGM, you can have your vote counted at the meeting by completing an online Proxy form.
Again, this year, one lucky AGM attendee will win a Free WMBC membership. To be eligible, you need to attend the AGM and have bought your 2026 WMBC membership.
Casual Non-Alcoholic Beer Swap:
As part of this year’s AGM, we’re adding a small (but hopefully tasty!) new twist to the evening — a Casual Non-Alcoholic Beer Swap. The Club will be purchasing a selection of non-alcoholic beers to get things started, and members are warmly invited to bring along a few of their own favourite NA brews to share or swap.
How it works:
Bring however many cans/bottles you’d like to contribute.
Sample what’s available throughout the evening
Enjoy some on the spot and/or take a few home for later.
No pressure — participation in the “swap” is completely optional.
We’ll operate on the honour system — bring some if you can, take reasonably, and leave some for others.
Everyone is welcome to help themselves to what the Club provides.
The goal is simple: try something new, compare notes, and discover some great ride-friendly options for future post-bike socials.
We’ll provide small tasting cups to make sampling easy and to encourage people to try a few different varieties.
This is meant to be a light, social addition to the evening — not a formal exchange. Whether you’re a longtime NA fan or just NA-curious, we hope you’ll join in!
